My Story
I practiced basketball for nearly 10 years in France, in a small city called Pau—famous for its basketball team that led the national league in the 1990s. Playing in several top-tier local teams, I developed a strong foundation in both individual and team training principles.
Following repeated injuries, I stepped away from competitive basketball and began a new journey in martial arts. Over the past decade, I’ve trained rigorously in Wing Chun Kung Fu, Kyokushin Karate, ITF Taekwondo, and now Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu—deepening my discipline and resilience.
Alongside martial arts, I continually work on all facets of fitness—cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, stamina, and mobility—to stay sharp and maintain peak performance.
Recently certified by NASM as a Personal Trainer, with a specialisation in MMA and nutrition, I now combine my practical experience with evidence-based knowledge to guide individuals and groups on their fitness journey—helping them reach their goals safely and sustainably.
